SHIPPING
We offer standard shipping within the wider United States, and free shipping for any US orders over $75.00. We do not currently offer worldwide shipping, but stay tuned.
We aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days of ordering. It can take up to 14 business days from leaving our warehouse to arrive to you with free shipping. Once your package ships you’ll get a shipment notification email with other delivery updates.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your MochiDream products, but, if you feel unsatisfied please contact us at info@mochidreambeauty.com within 14 days of recieving your order.
We suggest that before making your purchase, you carefully read the relevant product ingredient list or lists to make sure you are ordering something that will work for your skin. Please also note that our shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your return is received and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to fully refund you.
